Media that stays up for a full cycle and is seen by everyone who passes it. We survey and shortlist the sites, get the consents, print and mount, and send you dated photographs of the work in place.

High-visibility outdoor media

Outdoor advertising builds immediate local authority across major highways, transit arteries, and high-footfall commercial zones. We evaluate driver sightlines, traffic flow, and approach angles before shortlisting any media site.

From unipoles, hoardings, and wall paintings to municipal permissions, night mounting, and routine upkeep, we deliver every outdoor installation with verified photographic proof.

Questions we get asked

How far ahead do we need to book?

Prime corridors book quickly. We recommend confirming 2 to 3 weeks ahead for optimal site selection and municipal clearances.

Who supplies the artwork?

Both options work. You can provide print-ready vector files to our specifications, or our team can design artwork formatted for high-speed viewing distances.

What happens if a site is gone by the time we approve?

Inventory moves fast. Our proposals include pre-vetted reserve options within the same catchment with transparent revised commercials.

Do you handle municipal permissions?

Yes. We manage required municipal filings, advertising taxes, and property owner clearances prior to installation.

What happens to the material in the monsoon?

Flex takes the worst of it: wind pulls at the eyelets and a torn corner ages a site fast. For campaigns running through the rains we will usually push for vinyl, a painted wall or a covered format instead. We also check sites through the cycle and reprint what has failed, which is the honest answer for any outdoor medium in that season.
