Questions we get asked

Who supplies the products, and when do they have to arrive?

You supply finished, retail-ready samples with backup units. Products must arrive prior to call-sheet lock for prep, styling, and test lighting.

Do we get the raw footage and the RAW files?

Deliverables typically include finished masters and platform cut-downs. Full RAW archives and log footage drives can be included upon request during initial scoping.

How many rounds of edits are included?

Every quote includes defined review rounds. Feedback is consolidated with timecoded notes for swift turnaround. Additional changes or script rewrites are quoted separately.

What about music, stock and usage rights for talent?

We provide commercially licensed background scores and sound effects. For talent and presenters, signed usage releases cover defined territories, media, and timeframes.

What happens if it rains or the location falls through?

We identify covered alternative locations during recce. In cases of severe weather or venue changes, we reschedule using agreed weather contingency windows.
